I am a work outside the home mom, not sure what your situation is but we have all have had the need for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Not all the quick options are healthy though. I would like to share some healthy options from Del Real Foods. I have previously reviewed several of their products about year ago and I am excited to share their products with you again.
Del Real Foods is a Southern California company that specializes in precooked heat and eat Mexican foods. Since I live in So Cal I have consumed a lot of Mexican food and it is probably one of my favorite types of food to eat. I am happy to eat and serve Del Real Foods products knowing they contain no artificial ingredients. They even have a gluten free tamales. You can check out their FAQ page for more information about their products. They also have a great selection of recipes if you need some inspiration. You can also visit their store locator to see if a store near you carries their products.
I just received the items to review and have not had a chance to try everything last night we tried the Pollo Asado which my husband and I added to our salad. My son had the chicken separate from the salad since he likes to keep foods separate. I'm curious if anyone else's kids do this.
So last night we had the chicken in our salad and today I cut up some of the leftover chicken and made a quesadilla that my son and I shared.
