For anyone not familiar with shopping at CVS they offer something called Extra Care Bucks or ECBs for short.  They are coupons that print out after you purchase a particular item.  The ECBs are only good at CVS.  You use them on your next shopping trip and they can be combined with manufacturers coupons.  Keep in mind that CVS also allows you to use a manufacturers coupon and a CVS coupon on the same item.  Additionally you can also use ECBs at the same time.
